Details you provide: email, child age band, invite/promo code.

Why we use it

Issue your licence and send setup instructions.

Support & security (validate codes, prevent abuse).

Campaign reporting to MTN (redeemed/not, date).

Analytics to improve this site (only with consent).

Legal basis

Contract (to issue your licence), Legitimate interests (security, minimal reporting), Consent (analytics/marketing where used).

Sharing

MTN receives limited, non-usage reporting (redeemed/not, date/time, code prefix).

Hosted services, email, analytics providers acting as our processors.

Payment processor (e.g., Stripe) only if a promo/checkout route is used.

Children's privacy

This site is for parents/guardians. We don't collect personal data directly from children. In-app child names can be nicknames.

Retention

Invite/promo and redemption logs: up to 12 months after the campaign; account/licence data: while your family account is active; aggregated analytics: de-identified.

Security

We use encryption in transit and industry-standard controls. No full payment card numbers are stored by MTN.

International transfers

Where processors host data outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs).
